LINGUA LATINA PAGINA

SALVE DISCIPULE!

This is hopefully an aide and provides some assistance to Mary Kay's Son. We have never met but I hope this will provide some help in your preparation as you approach the end of the Semester as well as Exams. Focus and Deligence are the qualities that will bring you to the success that you desire. The mastering of 'Paradigms' for nouns/pronouns, adjectives, and verbs is only a beginning. You should ask questions of how they fit within the context of the language. Look at the verb and ask yourself what is its person, number, tense, voice and mood, and most importantly how should it be expressed in English. Look at a sentence as a whole and don't let the structure of English confuse you in attempting to analyze Latin. Word order is important but the relationship of one case to the other is far more important to your understanding of Latin.
